The Qinfeng Swing-Arm Press Robot operates in four standard modes: 
Parallel Translation、Straight forward translation Overturn and Overturn in the middle.
沁峰擺臂沖壓機械手共4種標準運行模式:平移模式、直進式平移模式、翻轉(zhuǎn)模式、中間翻轉(zhuǎn)模式。
Parallel Translation Mode applies when products on adjacent presses maintain coplanar positioning with unobstructed transfer paths.
平移模式適用于左右兩臺沖床的產(chǎn)品處于同一平面,并且產(chǎn)品與產(chǎn)品之間無障礙物阻擋的情況。

Straightforward Translation Mode applies when guide pillars in stamping dies or structural obstructions prevent the robot from directly accessing products via standard Translation Mode, requiring front-access product handling from the press front.

直進式平移模式適用于沖壓模具的導柱或結(jié)構(gòu)阻擋導致機械手無法使用平移模式直接進入產(chǎn)品上方抓取,需要從沖床前方進入取放產(chǎn)品的情況。

7.Straight forward translation mode 直進式平移模式


Overturn Mode applies when workpieces stamped by upper/lower station presses are non-coplanar, requiring the robot to flip and place them on a transfer station for subsequent handling by the next robot. This mode necessitates paired robot operation to maintain stamping productivity.
翻轉(zhuǎn)模式適用于上下工位沖床沖壓的工件不是同一平面,需要將工件翻轉(zhuǎn)放置在中轉(zhuǎn)臺上由下一臺機械手抓取送入沖床的情況。此模式須兩臺機械手搭配使用以保證沖壓效率。

8.Overturn mode 翻轉(zhuǎn)模式


Mid-Process Flip Mode applies when workpieces stamped by upper/lower station presses are non-coplanar with moderate productivity requirements.
This mode utilizes a single robot to flip and place workpieces on a transfer station, then retrieves the reoriented workpiece for feeding into the next press.
中間翻轉(zhuǎn)模式適用于上下工位沖床沖壓的工件不是同一平面,且對沖壓效率要求不是很高的情況。此模式只使用一臺機械手翻轉(zhuǎn)工件放置在中轉(zhuǎn)臺上,再抓取翻轉(zhuǎn)后的工件送入下一沖床。
